The company was established late 2024 with the goal and vision to bringtime and cost savings to the industry with innovative design and solutions that will transform the battlefield and give solders the tactical edge on the battlefield.
i-Fab Fabricate has been working with industry leaders the last 3 years in R&D of several projects and product, including Polymer missile components, titanium missile wings (achieving a weight reducing of 83grams per wing and cost by 65% from $2.5K each to $440 each, lead time from 8 weeks to 10 days. Electronic aluminum heat sinks, cooling ducts and many more.



The MAM missile engine (Modular Additive Manufactured)
The MAM is a design off the shelve missile engines for standard size missiles in the field that can be retro fitted to any missile core.

TTSDR (Tactical Tethered Surveillance Drone)
Tethered unmanned aerial vehicles can help solve tasks and challenges more effectively in a variety of industries. With the advantages of unlimited flight time and higher payloads, tasks can be completed more effectively in terms of time, as stopovers and associated battery changes are eliminated. Because the multicopter can remain airborne without interruption, video streams can be transmitted or radio relays can be used without interruption in many use cases.

SCX-GD 40 & 60 (Sacrificial Coaxial Grenade Drone)
The drone is a personal sacrificial drone that will be small enough for ground forces to carry , and hand launch capabilities. The system has a modular payload systems with different tactical payload options. That can be changed in the field. The system can be fitted with RGB, Thermal, and EO/IR optical camera module. PAYLOAD DEVELOPMENT will be modular and can include anti-personnel, anti-armor, surveillance, etc.

Both systems have swarm capabilities adding to the versatility and a force multiplier on the battlefield, the modular payload system allows mission specific
payload configurations to the SCX-GD to targeting different targets simultaneously and ensure mission success.
